Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on aandjinteriors.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. A copyright holder or their authorized agent can initiate this process. Ensure your notice includes all elements listed below for it to be valid.
Required Elements for a Takedown Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide enough detail for us to locate the work, such as a URL or a specific description.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide the URL(s) of the infringing content on aandjinteriors.com.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright infringement claim. Please provide the following information to our designated agent.
Required Elements for a Counter-Notification
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which aandjinteriors.com may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. We will restore the content within 10 to 14 business days following receipt, unless the copyright holder notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement. We do not mediate disputes between parties.
Repeat Infringer Policy
A and J Interiors does not tolerate repeat infringements of copyright. We maintain a policy to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users found to have repeatedly uploaded or published infringing content, especially content related to interior design concepts or proprietary furniture images, will have their accounts disabled.
